Encouragement For Your Trial!

Encouragement For Your Trial!

The word of God says that we will have trials, and that the testing of our faith will produce perseverance. However, the bible also tells us that we can have peace in all circumstances, which means we can even have peace through our trials. Can you imagine being sad, or fearful for every trial that happens in your life?

Yesterday,  I had a trial and I've decided to stand firm on the word of God. I will not be moved by fear, what I see, my emotions, my feelings, my thoughts, stress, or the enemy. Instead, I am walking by faith, speaking the word of God over my life, praising God for his word because his promises are yes and amen to me. The word of God says the battle is not mine, it's the Lord. The word of God says do not fear, do not be discouraged, and have faith.

I am reading the bible from the old testament to the new. I am currently in 2 Chronicles. As I was reading chapter 20 verses 1-30 it spoke to me. It  literally tells us the following:
1. The battle is not ours but the Lord's
2. Do not fear, do not be discouraged
3. Take up your position and stand firm
4. Walk by faith and not by sight
5. The Lord is with us, sing praises to him before you can see that God has won the battle

I needed to hear this, and I thought I'd share. 😇🙌🏽

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 2 Corinthians 1:20.

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” -John 16:33

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. - James 1:2--4

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:17
