In Matthew 12:22-28, Jesus explained to religious minded people [having a form of godliness but denying its power] in his days about their ignorance of the Holy Spirit and battle.
Then one was brought to Jesus who was demon-possessed, blind and mute; and He healed him, so that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw. And all the multitudes were amazed and said, “Could this be the Son of David? ”Now when the Pharisees heard it they said, “This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.” But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.
In Luke 9:49-50, Jesus explained to his disciples whoever is not against you is for you. There are only two sides; good and evil, right and wrong, holy and unholy, clean and unclean, righteous and unrighteous, and the devil and God.
John one of Jesus's disciples said “Master,” “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.” “Do not stop him,” Jesus said, “for whoever is not against you is for you.” If you're not armed, you're fighting the wrong battle Luke 9:49-50.
Believers range from spiritually immature to spiritually mature. If pastors only preached to those who are spiritually mature, what would happen? Likewise, if pastors only preached to those who are spiritually immature, what would happen? God calls pastors to preach and teach according to the gifts he has given them. Just because you don't like someone's teaching or even disagree with their understanding of the word, doesn't mean they are not of God.

Guess who is not of God according to the word? Anyone who is not operating in Godly love according to [1 John 4:16]. So when I observe 'believers' who talk badly about others, pastors, their neighbor, it is an indication that at that moment they are naturally minded, instead of Christ minded. How can you curse your neighbor? Hate your neighbor ... and then say you love God? [1 John 4:20] Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand. Romans 14:4

Believing in Jesus changes you! There's no way a sanctified believer can be a gossip, slanderous, have hatred, etc, because God is none of those things. God can only give you what he has. The word is armor for believers, and with the help of the Holy Spirit we will always overcome the battle against the devil. We are not to battle with one another, especially over the word, preaching, and teaching. In order to understand this, we have to be armed with the word of God. Ask yourself, are you using the word of God as a weapon for good or for evil? Jesus tells us in Mark 3:25 that " A house divided against itself cannot stand. If evil, fights against itself, it will not stand. Likewise, if good fight against itself it cannot stand."
What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each. I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor. For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's field, God's building. According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it. Let each one take care how he builds upon it. For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw— each one's work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. 1 Corinthians 3:5-13
If you are speaking ill about someone who is of God because you disagree with their stance on scripture or understanding of scripture or how they run their church. Ask yourself are you fighting for God or against him by condemning them? Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy but Jesus came so that we can have life and have life more abundantly.
But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while. Then he addressed the Sanhedrin: “Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”  His speech persuaded them. They called the apostles in and had them flogged. Then they ordered them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. Acts 5:37-40
Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God. 1 Corinthians 4:5
