Have we been church-ing wrong?

Have we been church-ing wrong?

I read 1 John 2:20-29 yesterday and I was like, wait! Has this always been there?
"But you have an anointing(Holy Spirit) from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth. I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth.  Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist—denying the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is what he promised us—eternal life. I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray. As for you, the anointing (Holy Spirit) you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing (Holy Spirit) teaches you about all things and as that anointing (Holy Spirit) is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him." 1 John 2:20-29
After meditating on 1 John 2:20-29, and looking at Jesus's ministry on earth, I realized that the meeting of the saints as described by Paul in Hebrews 10:25 was with the intention to meet to encourage.
"not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:25
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds." Hebrews 10:24
From verse 24, we know that Paul did not mean encouragement in terms of pastor's are to preach a word to encourage it's congregation to give them hope, but rather everyone encouraging one another by sharing how the grace of God has transformed their life.
"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful." Hebrews 10:23
In verse 23, Paul says that we (not just the Pastor) is to hold UNSWERVINGLY  to the hope we PROFESS. Encouragement in Christ is always to share what God has done because a Spirit-filled believer should NEVER be defeated. There are no bad days in Jesus Christ. If anyone says there is, then you're saying Jesus is a lie (e.g. John 8:12)

We have totally been church-ing wrong!

As I meditate on Jesus's earthly ministry, he taught his disciples and sanctified them through his teachings and then he sent them out to do what he taught them and then when they met it was for encouragement (e.g. Matthew 10). What if the point of church is to only have sinners who need to be saved in church? What if the point of church is to have those who just came to Christ, learn about the Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit can do the teaching? What if by hosting Spirit-filled believers at church every Sunday, that by prayer and through ministry we are unintentionally trying to do what the Holy Spirit is supposed to do? What if that's the reason there are so many babes in Christ? What so interested is in John 14:26, Jesus tells John and the rest of disciples the same thing John is now telling believers in 1 John.
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." John 14:26
We, those called to be in the five-fold ministry can't take the place of the Holy Spirit. You maybe thinking duh! In ministry we should teach believers about the Holy Spirit, and how to be led by the Holy Spirit and let the Holy Spirit do the rest. Personally, I've learned more in 8 months of being led by the Holy Spirit, then the 20+ years of being a church-goer.
