Authority: Prayer for saints vs Prayer for sinner

For clarification: When I say be led by the Holy Spirit before you pray, I mean exactly what I said. For clarification, always do things according to the word of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Parents can pray for their children, as a husband can pray for his wife, and vice versa. A pastor can pray for his church members. However, if a person [let's say a friend or stranger] prays for someone who they are not shepherds of [pastor, wife, husband, parents], then they open themselves for attack. Why? If a person is not in covenant (agreement) with the word of God then they are automatically in agreement with the word of satan; whether they are conscious of it or not. Unless God gives you the power to break the covenant, you will not be able to break the covenant. Rather, you will find yourself being oppressed by the same spirit you tried to help your friend overcome. The best deliverance is when the person who needs to be delivered seeks deliverance; with their seeking they are saying I no longer want to be ruled by satan, I want Jesus to rule me.
